Return & Refund Policy

At The Macro Lady, we carefully pack and ship every order to ensure it will arrive healthy and thriving. Because our products include living organisms, we cannot accept returns once they leave our facility.

No Returns

• All sales of live macroalgae, fish, invertebrates, and other living organisms are final.

• We do not accept returns for live items under any circumstances, to protect their health and biosecurity.

Live Arrival Guarantee (Overnight Shipping Only)

• Our Live Arrival Guarantee applies only to orders shipped Overnight.

• If livestock arrives in poor condition under an Overnight shipment, please contact us within 2 hours of delivery with clear photos of the packaging and affected items still in their original shipping bag.  

• In these cases, we may issue a refund, credit, or replacement at our discretion.

Standard Shipping

• Orders shipped via standard methods (e.g., 2-Day or Ground) are not covered under the Live Arrival Guarantee.

• However, if you experience an issue with your order, please contact us right away - we will do our best to work with you on a fair remedy.

Dry Goods, Merchandise & Non-Live Items

• Non-living items such as merchandise, apparel, and accessories may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of delivery, provided they are unused and in original packaging.

• Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
